BGVA will be moving into a new, permanent location due to enrollment growth. The new building will be built on the corner lot right across the street from Winco, on Prairie High School's property. Construction is paid for with impact fees.

Timeline: Construction began in August 2025 and is estimated to be completed by the end of 2025 or early 2026, barring unforeseen delays or changes.

Funding: BGVA's new building will be paid for with impact fees. Impact fees are paid for by developers. They are generated from new construction within the school district's boundaries and are restricted, meaning they can be used for only capital projects as outlined in the approved capital facilities plan.
