Free backpacks and basic school supplies are available for any student upon request. There are no income requirements. Simply contact your child’s school.

Primary schools
Students who need support with school supplies will be able to receive a free backpack with limited supplies thanks to the generosity of our community through the Battle Ground Education Foundation and the Family and Community Resource Center. Backpacks will be available at school offices by the first day of school.

Middle and alternative schools

High schools

Battle Ground, Prairie and Summit View high schools:

• Students will receive detailed lists from teachers on their first day of school. We recommend students come prepared with basic items, including a backpack, notebook, pen and pencils.
