High School Online Learning Program Overview

Online courses provide students the freedom and flexibility of personalized instruction from certificated teachers. Students can access their course material, assignments and assessments 24/7! Online Courses in English, Math, science and social studies are offered at each high school and supported by a high school teacher. Electives are supported by staff.

Technology Requirements: A reliable home computer connected to the internet, a valid personal email, current web browser and productivity software for word processing and spreadsheets. Some courses may have additional technology requirements. Chromebooks are available through the district’s 1:1 Computing Initiative. Read here for more Chromebook and student account help.

Successful high school students who learn full-time online are self-motivated, organized, task-oriented and good communicators.

Students are required to pass the Online High School Orientation course before enrolling in online classes.
